| Description of the problem | My property manager advised that the porch railing needs to be repaired, apparently there are some joints that have pulled loose (at the top & bottom) which may be causing an unsafe condition. I would appreciate if Danny could take a look at the front and back railings for me, and repair as required. I have attached a photo they sent me of it. Thanks, Karl 713-416-5170 |
